Cranberry Orange Butter on Soft Rolls

This Cranberry orange butter recipe is fast, delicious and an easy way to add a festive flavor to your Kneaders soft rolls! The zest of the orange melded with the sweet cranberry makes for a perfect buttery treat.

Ingredients:⁠

2 cups butter, room temperature⁠

1 cup powdered sugar⁠

7 oz. marshmallow cream⁠

⅓ cup fresh cranberry sauce⁠

1 tsp orange zest⁠

⁠Directions:

With a hand mixer, whip the butter for a few minutes until fluffy. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add marshmallow cream and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in cranberry sauce and orange zest and mix until even. ⁠

This butter can be easily made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until Thanksgiving. Allow to soften at room temperature for a few hours before serving.
