This Cranberry orange butter recipe is fast, delicious and an easy way to add a festive flavor to your Kneaders soft rolls! The zest of the orange melded with the sweet cranberry makes for a perfect buttery treat.
Ingredients:
2 cups butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
7 oz. marshmallow cream
⅓ cup fresh cranberry sauce
1 tsp orange zest
Directions:
With a hand mixer, whip the butter for a few minutes until fluffy. Mix butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add marshmallow cream and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in cranberry sauce and orange zest and mix until even.
This butter can be easily made ahead of time and stored in the fridge until Thanksgiving. Allow to soften at room temperature for a few hours before serving.
