Crudité Cups

These bite-sized veggie treats use our classic Baguettes to make a light appetizer, perfect for your summer picnic. đŸ„–â

We chose carrots and celery sticks topped with a cherry tomato, but use your favorite vegetables. 🍅 The recipe includes a simple classic dip, but you could add minced garlic or other herbs for desired flavor. đŸ„• 🧄

Ingredients⁠

  • 1 Kneaders baguette⁠
  • 1 C sour cream⁠
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice⁠
  • 3 Tbsp chopped dill⁠
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives⁠
  • œ tsp garlic powder⁠
  • Salt and pepper to taste⁠
  • Your favorite veggies⁠

Directions⁠

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, dill, chives, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.⁠
  2. Cut baguette diagonally into 2” slices⁠
  3. Scoop out the middle of each slice to make a cup⁠
  4. Fill each cup with a scoop of dip and add vegetablesâ
