This open-faced sandwich was created for halftime, but it’s a crowd pleaser for any party or get-together. 🏈 We recommend serving immediately to enjoy gooey cheese on the crispy Ciabatta base. Happy tailgating!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Kneaders Ciabatta Bread
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese, grated
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup diced green chilies, fire roasted
- Salt and pepper
- Guacamole
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice Ciabatta loaf in half horizontally
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, dressing, and green chilies. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Spread the mixture generously on the two halves of bread
- Loosely wrap each half in foil to keep in moisture. Keep the foil off the cheese mixture
- Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes
- Slice each half into thirds. Serve with guacamole
